Acceptable Use Policy

Conduct required of anyone using Nexbt systems, deliverables or services.

Effective date: February 2, 2026

1. Application

This Policy applies to all users of the Nexbt website, systems, deliverables and services, including client personnel and authorised third parties.

2. Prohibited activity

  • Unlawful activity, or activity facilitating unlawful activity.
  • Unauthorised access, penetration testing without written authorisation, or circumvention of security controls.
  • Distribution of malware, or interference with system availability or integrity.
  • Infringement of intellectual property or misappropriation of confidential information.
  • Harassment, abusive content, or transmission of unlawful material.
  • Automated scraping or bulk extraction of website content without written permission.
  • Use of AI capabilities we provide to generate deceptive, discriminatory, or otherwise unlawful outputs.

3. Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for the conduct of their personnel, for safeguarding credentials issued to them, and for ensuring their use of deliverables complies with applicable law and this Policy.

4. Enforcement

We may suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe this Policy has been breached, and may report unlawful activity to the relevant authorities.
