Responsible AI Policy
The principles governing how Nexbt designs, deploys and supervises artificial intelligence systems.
Effective date: February 2, 2026
1. Purpose
Nexbt builds applied AI systems for business operations. This Policy sets out how we design those systems so that they remain accountable, reviewable and appropriate to the decisions they support.
2. Human oversight
AI systems we deliver are designed to support human judgement rather than replace accountability. Consequential decisions retain explicit human review, escalation and override paths. Autonomy is expanded only where evaluation evidence supports it.
3. Accuracy and limitations
AI-generated outputs may contain inaccuracies, omissions or fabricated details. Organizations should apply appropriate human review for consequential decisions and must not treat AI output as legal, medical, financial or other regulated professional advice.
4. Data governance
We ground AI systems in verified organizational data with defined access boundaries. Client data is used only for the purposes agreed in the applicable services agreement and is not used to train third-party foundation models without explicit written authorisation.
5. Evaluation and monitoring
Acceptance criteria are defined before deployment. Systems are evaluated against representative cases, instrumented in production and reviewed for degradation, drift and unexpected behaviour.
6. Fairness and safety
We assess AI systems for foreseeable harms, including biased or discriminatory outcomes, and apply guardrails, refusal behaviour and content controls proportionate to the risk of the use case.
7. Transparency
Where users interact with AI-generated content or automated decision support, we recommend and implement clear disclosure so that people understand the nature of the system they are relying on.
