Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Nature of services

Nexbt provides professional technology services delivered by qualified personnel. Fees compensate work performed, capacity reserved and deliverables produced under the applicable statement of work.

2. Engagement fees

Unless a signed agreement states otherwise, project fees are invoiced against agreed milestones and retainers are invoiced in advance of the service period to which they relate.

3. Cancellation

• Either party may terminate an engagement in accordance with the notice provisions of the applicable agreement.
• Work performed and non-cancellable third-party costs incurred up to the effective termination date remain payable.
• Retainer periods already commenced are not refundable, though remaining unstarted periods may be cancelled on notice.

4. Refunds

Where Nexbt has invoiced amounts in advance for work that has not been performed and will not be performed, those amounts are refunded or credited. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within a reasonable period following determination.

5. Remediation before refund

If a deliverable does not meet the agreed acceptance criteria, our first remedy is correction within a reasonable period at no additional charge. Refunds are considered where correction is not practicable.

6. Disputes

Invoice disputes should be raised in writing within the period stated in the applicable agreement. Undisputed portions remain payable while a dispute is resolved in good faith.
