Security Statement
The controls and engineering practices that protect Nexbt systems and client environments.
Effective date: February 2, 2026
Secure development
Code changes are peer reviewed before release. Dependencies are monitored for known vulnerabilities, and secure-by-default patterns are applied to authentication, authorisation, input validation and data handling.
Access management
Access to systems and client environments is granted on a least-privilege basis, protected by multi-factor authentication, reviewed periodically and revoked promptly when no longer required.
Infrastructure security
Environments are provisioned as code, segmented by function, and monitored for configuration drift. Administrative interfaces are restricted and logged.
Data protection
Data is encrypted in transit using current TLS standards and at rest using provider-managed encryption. We apply data minimisation and defined retention practices to limit unnecessary exposure.
Monitoring and continuity
Systems emit structured logs and health telemetry. Backup and recovery procedures are defined with documented objectives and are tested periodically.
Incident response
We maintain an internal process for triaging, containing, remediating and communicating security incidents, including notification to affected clients in line with contractual and legal obligations.
Reporting a vulnerability
If you believe you have identified a security vulnerability affecting Nexbt, please contact our business email address with sufficient detail to reproduce the issue. We ask that you avoid accessing or modifying data belonging to others and allow reasonable time for remediation before public disclosure.
